Miley Cyrus is denying rumors that say that she is anorexic, following a series of recent photos of the singer looking thinner than usual.
She took to Twitter to address her critics Monday. "For everyone calling me anorexic I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It's not about weight it's about health. Gluten is crapppp anyway!"
The 19-year-old later tweeted, "Everyone should try no gluten for a week! The change in your skin, phyisical and mental health is amazing! U won't go back!"

A gluten-free diet excludes all foods containing gluten, a protein found in wheat. Lactose is a natural sugar found in dairy products like milk. An allergy to either makes it difficult for the body to digest foods that contain them.
