Michelle Obama and David Letterman
The third time is the charm for Michelle Obama, who will return to Late Show with David Letterman next week.
The First Lady will appear on the show Wednesday, Aug. 29 as part of her back-to-school media tour, where she will discuss frequent Late Show topics such as helping parents get their kids ready for school and making healthier changes to school lunch programs nationwide.

Obama, 48, was first a guest on Letterman's show on March 19 and most recently presented the "Top Ten Fun Facts About Gardening" in June, when she was promoting the release of her gardening book, American Grown: The Story of the White House Kitchen Garden and Gardens Across America. She most recently appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno alongside Olympic gold medalist Gabby Douglas.
The Late Show with David Letterman airs weeknights at 11:35/10:35c on CBS.
