Dr. Paul Wendel, Michelle Duggar and Jim Bob Duggar
Most people would say that 19 kids is enough for Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar, but the family matriarch and star of 19 Kids and Counting says she still hopes to add to her clan.
In Tuesday's episode of their TLC reality show, Michelle and Jim Bob paid a visit to an OB-GYN who specializes in high-risk pregnancy. "We would love more children if God saw fit to give us more, I just want to make sure that I am ready to catch a baby if that would happen," Michelle, 47, says in the video below.

The Duggars' youngest child, 4-year-old Josie, was born three and a half months premature. In 2011, Michelle announced she was expecting her 20th child, but she later suffered a miscarriage that was discovered at 19 weeks.
