Michael Lohan Jumps Off Third-Floor Balcony to Escape Arrest

Michael Lohan jumped off a third-floor balcony in an attempt to escape being arrested again, but he was eventually detained, CNN reports.
On Monday, Lohan posted bail after being arrested on suspicion of domestic violence in Tampa, Fla. Early Thursday morning, Lohan's girlfriend Kate Majors told the police Lohan had violated the terms of his release by calling her. When police officers showed up to Lohan's hotel room, he jumped from the balcony to escape being re-arrested, but he was eventually caught and take into custody by police.

Lohan claims he did not hurt Majors and was never served with a restraining order, but the latter claim has been disputed but a Sarasota County judge.
In March, Lohan was charged with one count of misdemeanor domestic violence following an incident with Majors.
