Pamela Smith filed on Feb. 6 in Fulton County, Ga., claiming her son Grant Pierce Jay Jordan Reynolds, who also goes by Taj, is the result of a sexual tryst with Jordan in 1995. At the time of the alleged affair, Jordan was married to Juanita Vanoy, with whom he has two sons and a daughter. He's currently engaged to model Yvette Preito, with a wedding scheduled for April.

Smith has requested full custody, child support and that Jordan pay for her son's medical expenses. She also wants the judge to make the parentage official, by changing Taj's legal last name to Jordan.
