The Will & Grace star will play the ex-wife of Amy Poehler's character's boss.

"She's married to Nick Offerman, who plays Ron Swanson, but they play exes on the show," Jones said.
Mullally is currently shooting her episode, which will air on Oct. 29. In last week's episode, Ron was incapacitated with a hernia. Could his ex-wife cause him similar pain?

Mullally's recent broken wrist from a car accident hasn't slowed her down. On top of this guest stint, she's also shooting Party Down for Starz, and starring in the L.A.-based play, The Receptionist.
