Mr. Sunshine star Matthew Perry is heading back to rehab, People reports.
"I'm making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery," he says in a statement. "Please enjoy making fun of me on the World Wide Web."

A source tells the magazine that "there was no relapse" and that Perry, 41, is seeking treatment as part of his ongoing recovery.
The actor has been in rehab twice -- in 2001 and 2007 -- for addiction to Vicodin, amphetamines and alcohol.
