Matthew McConaughey Teams Up With FX For Scripted Comedy

Matthew McConaughey is developing a new scripted comedy for FX, Deadline.com reports.
The 40-year-old actor's production company, J.K. Livin, is working on a single-camera comedy based on source material from J.R. Reed. Tentatively titled Kick A-- Militia, the project focuses on two brothers with wildly different views: One is a survivalist and the other is a cult leader; they live together in Malibu.
Marc Hyman (Meet the Fockers) is writing the pilot and will executive-produce with McConaughey.
