Deschutes County District Attorney's office in Oregon charged the 45-year-old actor with the misdemeanor counts on Wednesday, according to the site. His arraignment is set for June 7.

Fox was pulled over on May 4 after failing to drive within a lane or use a signal. He was then taken into custody and released later that day. Last fall, Fox was accused of assault and battery after an altercation with a bus driver; the charges were eventually dropped.
