Delgado, 42, refused a blood-alcohol test and was released around 10 a.m. Thursday on a $500 bond, the report said.

The DUI charge comes two years after Delgado was charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at a Texas bar. She was also arrested in 2007 on a battery charge after punching Velvick in the mouth.
