Since I know Reba McEntire is Christian, I was surprised to hear there are marijuana jokes on her new ABC comedy, Malibu Country. How does Reba feel about this? —Shirley, Birmingham
"It's an issue that is true to life, [and] I'm definitely okay with the jokes," says McEntire, whose Nashville-based character relocates to the liberal L.A. beach community. "There are medicinal marijuana clinics all over Los Angeles, and that's totally different from Nashville. We're trying to establish the differences." As for her history with weed, she admits, "I have tried marijuana. In Amsterdam. And I did not like it! It made me very paranoid."
