Maks and Karina to Dance at Emmys

Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff will have one last dance — and it's not on Dancing with the Stars.
Though they called off their engagement earlier this week, the exes are set to perform together at the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards on Sept. 20, CBS announced. They will be part of a segment honoring dance in reality television.

Chmerkovskiy and Smirnoff, who split after an eight-month engagement, will return to television screens the following night for the Season 9 Dancing premiere. Chermkovskiy is paired with Debi Mazar and Smirnoff will dance with Aaron Carter.
The Primetime Emmys airs Sunday, Sept. 20, at 8/7c on CBS.
