Madonna and Guy Granted "Quickie Divorce"

Guy Ritchie and Madonna

Madonna and Guy Ritchie are really hot-to-trot in getting their divorce finalized.

Just one month after announcing their split, the two were granted a preliminary "quickie divorce" Friday in the High Court of London, according to People.

The document released by the court states that Madonna, 50, said in a sworn statement that the reason for filing for her divorce is due to Ritchie's "unreasonable behavior."

During the super-speeding court proceeding, the judge issues a decree nisi which is the first step in the U.K.'s two-stage divorce process — also known as a "quickie divorce." If there are no disputes within the next six weeks and one day, the divorce will be official, and the two will go on their merry way living the single life.
