AMC has released the first teaser for Season 7 of Mad Men. What does it tell us about the upcoming final season?
The answer: Not much. As usual.
The only image in the 15-second clip is Don Draper (Jon Hamm) disembarking from a plane in slow motion, with takeoff sounds playing over strings in the background.

For Mad Men theorists looking to go down a rabbit hole, here's an interesting tidbit: The plane Don's walking off of is a TWA jet, and the show's seventh season will (presumably) kick off in 1969. On Oct. 31, 1969, a TWA flight en route to San Francisco from Los Angeles was hijacked by a disgruntled 19-year-old Vietnam vet named Raffaele Minichiello. He re-routed the plane to Rome, stopping in Denver; New York City; Bangor, Maine; and Shannon, Ireland, along the way.
(But seriously, Don's probably just returning from a business trip.)
The first half of Mad Men's seventh season premieres on Sunday, April 13 at 9/8c on AMC. The second half will air in 2015.
