MTV is injecting more comedy into its Monday night lineup with its two new series, Disaster Date and Popzilla
Disaster Date (6/5c) is a hidden-camera comedy that finds vengeful friends sending their unsuspecting single pals on terrible blind dates. Whatever their worst fear on a date is, the hired actors taking them out will make it come true. For every minute, up to an hour, that they last, they'll be rewarded with $1 for making it through the disastrous date.

The animated series Popzilla (6:30/5:30c) focuses on the latest pop culture news. Heidi Klum, Robert Pattinson and Britney Spears are some of the first victims on the sketch comedy series.
