Nikita's Lyndsy Fonseca Files for Divorce

Nikita's Lyndsy Fonseca has filed for divorce from her husband of more than three years, TMZ reports.
Fonseca, 26, filed the documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court and cited "irreconcilable differences" against husband artist Matthew Smiley.

According to the documents, Fonseca wants to keep the court from awarding Smiley from receiving spousal support.
The couple were married in April 2009 and split in July 2012.
Fonseca is also known for her roles in Desperate Housewives, Kick-Ass and as one Ted Mosby's future children on How I Met Your Mother.
