Lost Producers Announce Series Finale Date

Following Lost's mind-blowing premiere of its final season, executive producers and creators Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and announced that the series finale will air Sunday, May 23.

"We are eternally grateful to [Steve McPherson, President of ABC Entertainment Group] for allowing us to end the show on our own terms," Lindelof said.

Of course, Kimmel seized the opportunity to air a sketch spoofing a scene from Tuesday night's episode where he took the place of Jacob during a scene with Hurley.
