Lost's Naveen Andrews Wins Sole Custody of Son

Lost's Naveen Andrews has found a custody ruling in his favor.

The ABC show's star won sole custody of his three-year-old son, Naveen Joshua, at L.A. Superior Court on Wednesday, TMZ reports. A judge changed Andrews' joint custody with his son's mother, Elena Eustache, after she allegedly took the boy out of county without permission. Andrews also said that Eustache kept their son from him.

Eustache, meanwhile, reportedly made several claims of her own. Among them, she alleged that Andrews' girlfriend, actress Barbara Hershey, practices witchcraft, and that Hershey and Andrews have poisoned the three-year-old. Andrews' lawyer, Laura Wasser, is said to have asked that Eustache undergo psychiatric evaluation.

The new ruling grants Andrews sole legal and physical custody of his son, pending a hearing next month. It also allows him to take Naveen Joshua with him to Hawaii, where Lost films.

TVGuide.com's call to Andrews' lawyer was not immediately returned.
