Lindsay Lohan Sued Over SUV Chase

Lindsay Lohan has been sued by three men she took on a car chase in July 2007 that resulted in a DUI arrest.
According to The Associated Press, the trio is charging battery, false imprisonment and negligence against the actress, who commandeered an SUV, belonging to one of the three, to chase down her former assistant.
The men, Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro are seeking $25,000 in damages for the traumatic ride.
Lohan was eventually arrested for driving under the influence of cocaine and served 84 minutes in jail.
Her attorney, Ed McPherson, dismissed the suit, filed last week, as "absurd," claiming the men "want to get a lot of headlines and want to make some money."
This is the second lawsuit stemming from the spree. The passenger in the car Lohan was pursuing has also sued her for emotional distress.
