Lindsay Lohan tried to keep her sense of humor as she prepared to surrender to sheriff's deputies for the start of her jail sentence on Tuesday.
"The only 'bookings' that i'm familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that i'd be 'booking' into Jail... eeeks," she tweeted Monday night.
And at the eleventh hour, there was a question about who would represent her. TMZ.com reported Robert Shapiro, a member of O.J. Simpson's defense team, had quit as her lawyer. He only recently replaced Shawn Chapman Holley, Lohan's previous lawyer.
Calls to Shapiro's office went unreturned.
The actress, however, is trying to keep her sense of humor about her situation. "The only 'bookings' that i'm familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that i'd be 'booking' into Jail... eeeks," she tweeted Monday night.
Lindsay Lohan sentenced to 90 days in jail for probation violation
Lohan was found in violation of her probation after missing seven Alcoholics Anonymous classes during a 27-week period. In July, Judge Marsha Reveal ordered the actress to serve 90 days in jail, followed by a 90-day inpatient substance abuse program.
In May, Lohan was issued an alcohol-monitoring bracelet after missing a court hearing. The actress was in Cannes at the time promoting the film Inferno. She has been on probation since August 2007 after pleading guilty to drug charges and no contest to three driving charges.

The 24-year-old actress, who previously served 84 minutes in jail in 2007, was expected to report to the Beverly Hills court Tuesday morning, when she will be taken into custody, Sgt. Richard Peña, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, told TVGuide.com.
Lohan will then be transferred to the Century Regional Facility, an all-female jail, in Lynwood, Calif. It may take longer for Lohan to arrive at jail if the media circus is too large for the sheriff's deputies to handle.

Other celebrities have served time in Lynwood, just south of downtown Los Angeles. Among them: Michelle Rodriguez, Daryl Hannah, Nicole Richie and Khloe Kardashian.
Standard procedure for any inmate upon arrival includes being checked by two doctors, including a psychiatrist, who will go through Lohan's list of prescriptions and determine what she will be able to take while incarcerated.

In general, inmates are housed in an 8-by-12-foot cell, outfitted with a cot, Peña said. For a high-profile inmate, Lohan will likely be in her own 12-by-12-foot cell, according to ABC News. The inmates are in their cells about 20 hours a day. They are able to use an indoor recreation area for a small period of time.
General inmates are outfitted jumpsuits, often orange. And Lohan will be issued a plastic bag that contains soap, deodorant, a tooth brush, toothpaste and other toiletries. Depending on what the judge orders, Lohan could end up showering every other day.

There are three meals a day, which consist of the same food the deputies eat. There are usually two hot meals (breakfast and dinner) and one cold.
In all likelihood, Lohan will serve 25 to 30 percent of her jail sentence because of overcrowding and the relatively minor severity of her crime, according to Peña.
The Associated Press reported that Lohan could petition the court to "pay to stay" in more comfortable accommodations in one of several smaller jails, such as those in Beverly Hills, Burbank or Glendale, at a cost of $75 to $120 a day. But Lohan would probably serve more of her sentence because they aren't as overcrowded as Lynwood.
