Asked what his version of heaven would be, the Oscar-nominated actor said it was being with his sons and that he's "kind of living it at the moment," according to the Associated Press. He has two sons, Micheal, 13, and Daniel, 12, with Richardson, who died March 18 of blunt head trauma after a skiing accident at age 45.
Five Minutes of Heaven, in which Neeson plays an ex-member of an outlawed Northern Ireland paramilitary group who is haunted by memories of murder, opens in select cities Aug. 21.
