Ben Roethlisberger, Rod Blagojevich
David Letterman is going to get a one-two punch of headline-making guests with hard-to-spell surnames this week.
First, he'll welcome Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger on Monday's Late Show, one day after the team's Super Bowl XLIII victory. Roethlisberger, who last dropped by the Late Show following the Steelers' Super Bowl XL win in 2006, led the franchise to its record sixth title with a last-minute drive with 35 seconds left.
Trying to top Roethlisberger Tuesday night will be the other man of the hour: former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich. The impeached politico will make his first talk-show appearance since the unanimous 59-0 verdict to remove him from office on corruption charges last Thursday. Can't you smell a Top 10 list coming your way?
