In recent years, LeAnn Rimes has grabbed almost as much attention for her fit figure as she has for her music and her highly publicized marriage.
However, in an interview with the U.K.'s Daily Mail, the 30-year-old country singer denies that she's ever struggled with an eating disorder despite her thin frame. "People said I was [anorexic], but I didn't have a problem with eating, as I ate a ton all the time — I could eat my husband under the table!" she told the paper. "But I was going through a time when I just wasn't sleeping -- my mind wouldn't shut off and my heart was breaking."

That time, Rimes says, is when she first fell for her married TV movie co-star Eddie Cibrian. Although she called the time after their affair as a "turbulent" one, Rimes is now enjoying married life after having wed Cibrian in 2011. "Now I'm secure about my body, although I'm like any other woman and have my moments of self-doubt. But it's nice to have a husband who tells you you're beautiful all the time," she says. "I'll say to him, 'I've gained a few pounds,' and he'll say, 'Good!'"
Rimes says her husband gives her "another level of confidence," but she accepts that body image will always be a tough thing to deal with in the spotlight. "Being in this business, I've noticed that image-wise, it's definitely worse for a woman," she said.
