Lance Armstrong and Oprah Winfrey

A whopping 3.2 million viewers tuned in Thursday to watch Lance Armstrong admit to doping during Part 1 of his interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Celebs who are out and proud

The Oprah's Next Chapter episode was the network's highest-rated weekday telecast in history across key demos and the second most-watched telecast to date, falling shy of the record 3.5 million who watched the hour that featured the late Whitney Houston's family. Additionally, the Armstrong interview earned another 1.1 million viewers in the repeat airing that followed.
