Lamar Odom was sentenced to three years of probation after he reached a plea agreement in his August DUI case, People reports.
Odom, 34, also agreed to attend a three-month alcohol-education program and will pay $1,800 in fines as part of the deal.

Odom was not in court himself on Monday, but an attorney appeared in Superior Court in Van Nuys, Calif., on his behalf to enter a no-contest plea. He was pulled over in late August on suspicion of a DUI, but he refused to take a chemical test.
The currently unsigned NBA player, whose marital troubles with Khloe Kardashian will be showcased on the upcoming season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, recently trained with members of the Los Angeles Clippers.
