Lamar Odom will have his driver's license suspended for a year following his DUI arrest early Friday morning, The Los Angeles Times reports.
California Highway Patrol Officer Leland Tang told the newspaper that Odom was unable to complete a field sobriety test, and that the NBA player then refused chemical tests to determine his level of suspected intoxication once he was at the station.

Drivers suspected of a DUI are allowed to refuse to take tests in the field, but if they refuse such tests once they are at a police station, they lose their driving privileges for one year.
As first reported by TMZ, Odom, 33, was arrested in the San Fernando Valley at 3:54 a.m. He was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol on the 101 Freeway for going 50 mph, and driving in a "serpentine manner," according to the site. Odom didn't pull over right away and drove three exits before finally coming to a stop.
