Lainie Kazan to Guest-Star on Desperate Housewives

Lainie Kazan has booked a multi-episode arc on Desperate Housewives.
The 70-year-old actress, best known for her role on My Big Fat Greek Wedding, will play a self-employed business owner and neighbor to Susan (Teri Hatcher), who moved off Wisteria Lane at the end of Season 6. Kazan will first appear in the season premiere.
Brian Austin Green and Vanessa Williams have also joined the cast for Season 7.
Kazan last appeared on Ugly Betty in its final season.
