Kirsten Dunst Granted Restraining Order

Kirsten Dunst

Kirsten Dunst has been granted permanent protection against a man who she says has trespassed her property.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard E. Rico prohibited Christopher R. Smith, 25, from coming near the Spider-Man star, her personal assistant and anywhere they work, the Associated Press reports.

Neither Dunst nor Smith attended the Monday hearing.

Dunst first filed for a temporary restraining order in November, stating she was "quite frightened" by Smith after he showed up at her home professing the "spiritual connection" between them even though they had never met. Smith never contested her petition.
