As the fifth season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians winds down, we check in with the youngest and most outspoken Kardashian sister, Khloe. The 26-year-old reality star reveals the stories behind her awkward confrontation with Perez Hilton, why she's reconsidering her rocky relationship with her sister Kourtney's boyfriend, Scott Disick, and whether she and her husband, Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom, are diving into a spin-off of their own.

Filming her anti-bullying video for Perez Hilton felt weird. "The funny thing is that, for me, the ringleader of bullying is Perez," says Khloe. Hours after shooting her video for him, Khloe ran into the celebrity gossip blogger at sister Kim's 30th birthday party in Las Vegas. "I told him that I didn't know if he was going to like what I had to say. I've been bullied my entire life for not looking a certain way, especially because of who my sisters are and how they look — and he's the one writing 'transvestite' over my face or 'fugly' over my body. It took me a few weeks to decide if I wanted to do this for him."
Hilton, who recently pledged to be kinder, not only posted her video, but wrote that Khloe's message was "yet another reason we felt COMPELLED to make a change." For her part, Khloe says she's a big believer in second chances. "I don't hold grudges. I'm so happy he is making a change."
Her relationship with Scott is far from perfect, but she's "proud" of him. Anyone who's watched Keeping Up with the Kardashians would be hard-pressed to empathize with Scott Disick, least of all Khloe. (Even his most recent attempt at bonding with Bruce Jenner felt forced.) Khloe says she's still not fan of her sister's boyfriend, but she's keeping an open mind. "I've learned to take a step back and not say anything negative about Scott — I still have my feelings, but I don't need to promote them," she says. "I do see that Scott is in a positive, uphill climb... He's sober and he's trying to be a good dad. I'm not close to Scott, but I'm very proud of everything that he's accomplished. I feel like he's really trying, and who am I to judge?"

While she loves putting it all out there in the name of reality TV, there are still a few things she has a tough time watching. "I have a baby voice when I talk to Lamar, and it makes me want to vomit every time I see it on the show," she says. "I don't know when I'm doing it. I must block it out or something."
Then there's all the talk of her, um, lady parts. This season, Kim declared her sister's vagina better looking than she thought. And on the spin-off Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, Kourtney lovingly gave Khloe an on-camera bikini wax. "All I remember thinking at the time was, 'How did I allow myself to get into this situation where Kourtney is down there, and I'm being videotaped?'" she says.
Privacy can be overrated. Khloe's got no problem with her 'round-the-clock filming schedule. Even now, she's shooting the spin-off Kourtney & Kim Take New York, which will end right when production on Season 6 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians starts in January. "We're always shooting, but honestly, it's so much fun for us," she says. "When we're filming, yes, we're forced to be together, but in a positive way... We're all busy adults, so without the show we wouldn't spend as much time together. This gives us opportunities to stay together as a family."
Oh, and in case anyone is wondering, Khloe says they shoot each season seven days a week, 12-18 hours a day, for three months straight. "It's a lot, but that's why they get all the amazing moments they get," she says. "People always ask if the show is scripted, but there is no time for that, I swear."

A spin-off starring just her and Lamar is not out of the question. "With our family, anything is possible," she says. "Lamar and I would be very happy to do it. I would love it because it would be in the environment that I like to be in all the time: at home with my husband!" The decision, she says, hinges on Lamar's NBA season. "It would have to be around his schedule more than mine. Reality TV is what I do, so it's easy for me to jump and follow and do what I have to do."
She's not tired of the baby questions. "It's flattering that people are so into my personal life. But at this point, it's almost like I'm a disappointment!" Khloe says. "It sometimes feels like, 'Alright, where are the damn babies already?' Every day I'm reading that I'm pregnant, I'm having twins, I'm having a baby boy... I'm really not. Would I love babies? Of course. Lamar and I talk about it all the time. But I'm 26, Lamar is 30. When it happens, it happens! I'm not here trying to get pregnant at this moment, but I'm not preventing it either. I don't think most women calculate when to have sex. That's so not fun, right?"
