Tim Gunn and Kenny Rogers are the two latest famous guests on this season of How I Met Your Mother, TVGuide.com has confirmed

The country star will appear on the Oct. 19th episode of the CBS comedy, his management company, Dreamcatcher Artist Management, has confirmed.

IGN first reported the news of Roger's cameo, in which he will perform a "Marley & Me-type" song, entitled "Goodbye, Sparky." The Oct. 19th episode, "Dual Citizenship," sees Ted and Marshall hit the road for Chicago to try and recreate a special college memory. Lily tags along at the last minute and the trio's journey leads to Rogers' performance, according to IGN.

Rachel Bilson on How I Met Your Mother — as the mother?

Project Runway's Gunn will appear on the 100th episode, 20th Century Television has confirmed. He will "make it work" alongside previously reported guest star Rachel Bilson.

Gunn will stay close to his fashion roots and play Barney's tailor. The Chicago Tribune was the first to report on Gunn's appearance.
