Early next year, Kelsey Grammer will again play himself on NBC's 30 Rock and get involved in a scheme orchestrated by Jenna and Kenneth, reuniting the "Best Friends Gang," as dubbed by the trio themselves in Grammer's first episode.
"This time the scam is much bigger," Kelsey told me at a TV Academy event for his Starz series, Boss. "It's the first time in history I pull a guy's pants off." The victim: TGS producer Pete (Scott Adsit).
30 Rock is also cooking up a one-hour episode that will flash back to a 6-year-old Jenna lip-synching in a talent show. Her song choice? Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On." So wrong!
