Kelli Giddish is keeping busy.
The new Law & Order: SVU cast member is returning to The Good Wife for one episode, a network rep confirms.
Kelli Giddish and Danny Pino join Law & Order: SVU as new detectives
Giddish, 31, will reprise her role as private investigator Sophia in the Season 3 premiere. The ex-Chase star originally appeared in the final two episodes of Season 2 and was set to recur on the legal drama throughout Season 3. However, Giddish signed on to Law & Order: SVU as a series regular in June as one of two new detectives. Her character is set to replace Detective Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) as the lead female detective when Olivia is promoted to captain.
The Good Wife: Chase's Kelli Giddish to play a blast from Kalinda's past
When we last saw Giddish on The Good Wife, her character had cheated on her husband with Kalinda (Archie Panjabi) just days after Alicia (Julianna Margulies) severed ties with Kalinda for sleeping with her husband (Chris Noth).

The Good Wife premieres on Sunday, Sept. 25 at 9/8c on CBS.
