Katy Perry and Russell Brand's divorce has been finalized. The couple, who married in October 2010 and filed for divorce last December, have reached a "comprehensive written settlement of all issues," according to a filing Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The court documents were signed Wednesday by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marc Marmaro, in addition to Brand and Perry, who will restore her maiden name, Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson.
Perry, 27, and Brand, 36, will not be considered legally split until July 14, as California law states that couples must wait at least six months after filing before their divorce is technically finalized.
