Katie Couric is one busy woman. She is not only preparing for her self-titled ABC talk show's debut on Sept. 10, but she's also partnering with ABC News/Yahoo! to host a weekly online news show. The show, Katie's Take, will debut May 1, Yahoo announced at its upfront presentation Wednesday.

On the show, Couric will interview experts about "topics and issues that matter most to her viewers" including health, nutrition, parenting and wellness.
Yahoo and ABC entered a partnership deal in October 2011 that involves sharing content. Video from ABC News appears on Yahoo, and articles from Yahoo appear on ABC News' website.
Couric left Today in 2006 to anchor the CBS Evening News. She exited that program in May and has been serving as an occasional correspondent for ABC.
