Kathy Bates is in good spirits after revealing she was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a double mastectomy.
"Hey All, sorry for the long silence. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 2 months ago & am recovering from a double mastectomy," the actress tweeted on Wednesday. "I don't miss my breasts as much as I miss Harry's Law. ;-) Thanks for all the sweet tweets. Y'all kept me going."
Bates, 64, was nominated for an Emmy for her role on the NBC legal drama which was canceled last season.
