Kate Walsh's Estranged Husband Files Papers Against Accountants
Alex Young and Kate Walsh
Kate Walsh's estranged husband has filed papers against the couple's accounting firm, accusing the company of refusing to give him a complete report on the couple's joint assets.
In papers filed Friday, Alex Young, a 20th Century Fox movie executive, claimed London & Co. is acting solely in the interests of Walsh, thus violating laws and ethics, RadarOnline reports.
The motion is a response to papers filed earlier this month by London & Co., which sought a protective order against Young. The firm claimed Young continued to bother them for financial information they say they have already given him.
Walsh also filed papers two weeks ago, asking the court to terminate spousal support for Young.
Young is reportedly seeking paperwork on a multimillion-dollar house he and Walsh bought and furnished about a month before their 2007 wedding, TMZ reports. The gossip site says Walsh contributed the majority of the down payment and has been forced to pay the mortgage and expenses after Young left her.
Young filed for divorce in November after 14 months of marriage.
