Kate Walsh's Husband Files for Divorce After 15 Months

Kate Walsh and her husband, Alex Young, are splitting up, after nearly a year and a half of marriage.
Young, 37, filed for divorce Nov. 22, citing irreconcilable differences.
"Papers have been filed to amicably end the marriage of executive Alex Young, and actress Kate Walsh," Walsh's rep confirmed to Extra. "The couple remain on friendly terms and sincerely hope the media will respect their privacy during this difficult time."
The Private Practice star, 41 (aka Dr. Addison Montgomery), and Young, a co-president of production at 20th Century Fox, married on Sept. 1, 2007, in Ojai, Calif., after getting engaged in May.
Shortly after their wedding, Walsh opened up about her whirlwind romance. "I met him at this work meeting where we ended up talking for two hours and it was just like boom! — love at first sight," she said.
"I know that sounds nauseating and you want to hit me, but it's true. Afterward, I was like a cat without a whisker, and I went to a dinner party and a friend went, 'What's wrong with you?' I said, 'I met somebody — a person I would make sacrifices for!'"
