Kate Gosselin's Attorney: Jon Returned Full $180,000 to Joint Account

Jon Gosselin has returned the full $180,000 allegedly missing from a joint account shared with estranged wife Kate, according to her lawyer.

Judge Arthur R. Tilson of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas ordered Jon to return the remaining $152,000 after Jon returned $28,500 of the amount he was told to restore following the couple's Oct. 13th court hearing, said Mark Momjian, Kate Gosselin's attorney. The money is being held in escrow by Jon's Pennsylvania lawyer, Momjian added.
Calls made to Jon's New York-based attorney, Mark Heller, were not immediately returned to TVGuide.com.

"We are clearly pleased that the monies taken by Mr. Gosselin have been returned to the marital account, and we look forward to recouping additional monies taken by Mr. Gosselin at the time of the parties' private arbitration hearings," Momjian said in a statement, adding that at least $235,000 was taken by Jon Gosselin.
Kate: I can't pay my bills
While Jon appeared in court on Monday to answer to contempt charges, Kate was not present. Momjian said she was not required to attend the proceedings due to her compliance in providing the court "a full and complete accounting of funds prior to [Monday]."
In another court action Monday, Jon's Pennsylvania attorney, Charlie Meyer, was allowed to stop representing him.
