Jon & Kate Plus 8 ended its five-season run in November.
But it appears Gosselin may be getting back in the saddle. A local news network spotted the octo-mom filming a segment for a new show at diner in Raleigh, N.C., on Tuesday morning.
Gosselin served pancakes and grits to customers in a 65-year-old diner with a camera crew documenting her every move. A WRAL reporter was booted by Gosselin's bodyguard, Steve Neild, who said the reality mom was shooting a "test" segment for a future program. Neild would not offer any other details.
