Kanye West Deposed in Kim Kardashian's Divorce Proceedings

Kanye West has been deposed in the ongoing divorce proceedings between his girlfriend Kim Kardashian and her ex-husband Kris Humphries, according to The Associated Press.
Kardashian's lawyer, Laura Wasser, argues that her client would like to move on but "is handcuffed to Mr. Humphries" due to the drawn-out case.

Humphries' desire for annulment based on fraud is the main cause for the delayed proceedings. Kardashian would prefer a quicker resolution through traditional divorce.
In addition to West, the Kardashian's mother Kris Jenner has also been deposed in the case. Kardashian herself, oddly, has not yet been deposed.

Kardashian filed for divorce over a year ago, but she'll have to wait a bit longer before she's a free woman. Superior Court Judge Stephen Moloney set a court date for Feb. 15, as long as the depositions and other pre-trial investigations are completed in time.
