Timberlake claimed in court documents last month that McNeil has repeatedly trespassed on his property and attempted to enter his home. She was arrested on Timberlake's property on Oct. 22.
Representing herself, McNeil opposed the court order and wrote in court papers that she would marry Timberlake and "rule" with him, The Associated Press reports.
Timberlake, 28, did not appear in court Monday.
