Justin Bieber was pulled over (again).
According to The Los Angeles Times, the 18-year-old was pulled over Tuesday night while driving his Ferrari. He was cited for making an unsafe turn and having an expired registration.

"He was obviously enjoying his vehicle more than he was recognizing the laws," Los Angeles sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore said.
