Did Justin Bieber really cut his famous locks?
While filming a music video for a song he recorded with country band Rascal Flatts, the 16-year-old singing sensation got a little chop. Although his regular hairdresser Vanessa did the cutting, lead singer Gary LeVox appears to be having some fun with Bieber and the scissors.

According to TMZ, Bieber said he "wanted to change it up" and thought the new cut was "kind of a mature look."
