Justin Bieber is wanted for questioning after a paparazzo claimed Bieber assaulted him on Sunday, TMZ.com reports.

The photographer claims a physical altercation ensued after he tried to take Bieber's photo in Calabasas, Calif. When cops arrived, Bieber and his girlfriend Selena Gomez had already left the scene. After complaining of pain in his upper torso, the photog was transported to the hospital, where he filed a police report.
Witnesses at the scene told police the photographer was blocking Bieber's car. Police officers, who are investigating the claim as a misdemeanor battery, are now trying to track down Bieber, Gomez and any other witnesses to get both sides of the story.
