Josh Cooke has landed the lead role in ABC's new comedy pilot from former Friends producer Shana Goldberg-Meehan, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The as-yet-untitled show focuses on Maddie (Jennifer Finnigan) and Ben (Cooke), a longtime couple who is happily unmarried until Maddie's younger sister gets pregnant and engaged.
Cooke, 30, has honed his comedy chops on the sitcoms Big Day, Four Kings and Committed.
