Jon Gosselin: I Don't Trust Kate Anymore
Jon Gosselin says that he no longer trusts estranged wife Kate and that there is no reconciliation in sight.
"Our relationship will never be fixed," Jon told ABC's Chris Cuomo on Good Morning America. "I don't trust her anymore. I was abused ... I was beaten down ... I'm not going back to that lifestyle."

The straw that broke the camel's back for the Gosselins was when Jon "stood up to Kate" for the first time, telling her he was going out with his friends, he said. The father of eight says he had never had a night out during their decade-long union, always ceding to Kate's wishes.
"I was very passive. This is the first time I said, 'You know what? I want to see my friends. I'm going out,'" he said. "That was the first time in my life I ever stood up to Kate ... I just felt like I had to take back some time in my life, and I did it. And I felt really good. I made my own decision. ... I was beaten down for so long, I couldn't even make my own decision. And when I did, I was like, holy cow! You know? Yeah, what's she going to do? Divorce me? All right. Obviously. You know."
As for who initiated divorce proceedings, Jon is singing a different tune than Kate, who has said he called it quits first. "She made the first move. She knows the truth," he said, adding that the couple attended therapy sessions. "I wish to God she would speak from emotions. ... She's not speaking from the heart. Please — the stuff you tell me in private should be the stuff you tell me on TV."

Since the split, the 32-year-old — whose grandmother was taken to the hospital after falling in the driveway Saturday — has gotten heat for his new look (diamond studs and Ed Hardy gear), new gal pal (22-year-old Hailey Glassman) and new globetrotting lifestyle. But like he has said on Jon & Kate Plus 8, that's just who the real Jon is.
"My mom and my brothers, they say to me, 'It's so good to have the real Jon back. It's so good to have the warm, loving, kind, caring person that we knew you... when you were ... before you got married,'" Gosselin said. "I've changed for her. Because I loved her. ... But don't forget who you are. That's what happened to me."
Jon's full GMA interview will air on Sept. 8 and 9, as well as on Primetime: Family Secrets on Sept. 8 at 10/9c.
