The charges against Giudice include one count of wrongfully using identifying information of another and one count of impersonation. The first charge can carry a maximum of 10 years in prison and the second charge is punishable by up to 18 months.
The indictment alleges that Giudice used brother Pietro Giudice's marriage and birth certificates to obtain a driver's license. Giudice's license was suspended in September 2010 following a DUI last January.

Giudice, 40, denied any wrongdoing in an interview earlier this year. "They didn't even catch me driving," he said at the time. "They came to my house and said you're driving with your brother's license and then they got me with some kind of stupid charge."
Giudice and Teresa, 39, first hit trouble with the law in 2009 when they filed for bankruptcy. The couple, who listed their debt at $11 million, settled that case in September.
