She apparently has plenty of time before the big day when she and former NFL player Eric Johnson will tie the knot, as she recently told UsMagazine.com that she's unsure of what she will wear. "I don't know if I want the big boom, or the curvy thing, but it will be something beautiful," she says.

Simpson also reveals that she's eschewing a strict pre-wedding health regimen for something a little looser. "No exercise is fun! I am going to dance around my bedroom and hopefully lose some weight — and lift some weights and do what I can!" she says.
