Jessica Simpson Confirms Deal with Weight Watchers

After months of speculation about Jessica Simpson's $4 million contract with Weight Watchers, the singer and Fashion Star mentor has officially confirmed that she will be a spokesperson for the weight-loss program.
"So excited to be part of the Weight Watchers family," Simpson tweeted Wednesday.

She went into further detail about the program on Facebook. "The cool thing about the program is that it focuses on healthy habits for the long-term (and I can still indulge in my guilty pleasures every now and then, too). I have actually gotten a group of friends together who are going to be doing it with me."
The 31-year-old new mom hopes to lose her baby weight within a year, and plans to get back to the gym as soon as she heals from her C-section, according to Us Weekly.
