Instead of the original blonde locks she rocked in the 2005 cult hit, Alba became the latest actress to take part in the popular ombre hair trend. The style requires darker roots, with the ends of her hair being dyed to gradually become lighter.

Alba tweeted pictures and a video of the lengthy process as she began her transformation into the stripper-with-a-heart-of-gold, Nancy. At the end of the ordeal, Alba tweeted, "She got roots that Nancy," along with a photo of the final product.
